Workshop and Rehearsal Locations:

PERFORMERS
After most every rehearsal, we will have performers meetings(probably half hour long). Please bring your calendars. These are to keep you informed and to answer questions. To make good use of our studio time, I ask that all dancers arrive a little early for rehearsals to do some warm up on your own, and stay a little late for informational meetings to cover latest updates and details for costume, shows and travel.

Level
The routine is about 3 minutes long and is a strong Intermediate level with advanced styling. I will work with you if you have the desire to improve.

Shows - I'm trying for one show per week for all of Jan. The shows don't cost anything and most are not paid, however a couple of them do give a small stipend for gas and I will welcome any paid show that may come along during this time.

COST
Rehearsals
$10 per 2 hour rehearsals; this covers the studio, music editing, choreography time, and 2 hour intensive group private. After routine is fully learned we may go to one hour rehearsals and cost will drop again.
Costumes
Costume last year was around $50 and this included accessories. Total for Costumes will probably end up at around $75 <$27pd> = ; we will definitely have updates this Sunday after the rehearsal. Think about it; should we wear red? Hmmmmmm. Deadline to have costumes pd in full is Jan. 11th. Balance amt. will be forwarded soon.
Travel
Those going to Hawaii, do have to cover the dancers pass $50 for entire weekend festival plus the flights. I'm negociating the rooms for this year; may get one - two night/s comped. Deadline for registration Jan 3rd. Balance for Hotel is due Jan 25th. Balance amt. will be forwarded mid Jan.

This is an opportunity for dancers to take a routine and work to perfect all the choreography. All the rates paid are at major Discounts.

My ideal numbers for the group are a total of 8-10 dancers and at least 1-2 alternates in the dance group; come to all rehearsals, train and will perform as much as possible. My expectation for all dancers is that you commit to being at the group rehearsals, give me your best and work hard in & outside rehearsals. I'll do the same so we can all improve where needed.
